Baton Rouge Velodrome Reopening

Baton Rouge Velodrome Reopening

Looking for a safe place to train? How about a great place to ride year round? An exciting venue to watch lightning fast racing?

You can find all that and more at the Velodrome in the Perkins Road Park at 7122 Perkins Rd in Baton Rouge!

To celebrate the grand re-opening October 16th, Team Geaux Race is bringing in a clinician from one of the premier cycling venues in the country. Tim Henry from Dick Lane Velodrome in Atlanta, GA will be joining us to present clinics for beginners and advanced cyclists. We will also have a chance to practice the skills all afternoon during a variety of track events.

Even if you’ve never ridden a fixed gear track bike, come out and see what its about. We’ll have an assortment of bike for you to use or use your road bike (for most events).

Lunch will be provided for all participants courtesy of Extreme Pita.

Preregistration is now open at www.BikeReg.com.

First 50 entrants get a custom printed Bondiband sweatband and other great items donated from our generous sponsors.
