Web Master back in town

Your web master has been missing in action for a while..
Just back in Lafayette, after a wonderful trip to San Francisco, Sausalito, Carmel and Big Sur, CA.
Had a fabulous time, enjoying great sight-seeing with mid 60's temperatures during day, dipping into the 50's at night..
Discovered another great part of this spectacular country!

LHC 32 mile Saturday Ride St. Francisville

LHC put some good advertising out for Precision Bikes on the roads Saturday during their 32 mile ride.
The LHC team claims they are slow enough that the Precision Bikes logo on the back of their jerseys can be easily read! But this group has been hitting it hard and a few of them have already made the podium.

Left to right:

Randy Hargroder, Michael Delahoussaye, Marcus Macip, Brach Myers, Carly Myers, Marcus Fontenot, Hunter Myers, Ginger Myers, Keith Myers.

Precision Bikes surely appreciate your support and PR!
Glad you had a safe ride.

Bernard and Mark...

velonews.competitor.com
"We have Bernard, who is quite good at helping Mark on the climbing stages,”
HTC director Ralf Aldag told VeloNews.
“We know there will not be a sprint finish again until Paris, so the focus now is on getting Mark through the Alps. We hope to win one ..."

One might think they are talking about
a Breaux Bridge boy and a Eunice boy....

Rest day....

Cadel Evans - Stage Winner

Always have liked Cadel Evans and when he won yesterday I had to pull out a picture he took with Michelle last year while at the Tour with Angela and George Sobiesk.
Super nice guy, very approachable.
We are definitely hoping he has a good Tour.

L.A. 31 Vuelta de Acadiana - A great day of Racing

I would like to start off by thanking all the volunteers that made this race happen. At the top of the list is Glenn Richard, he put the three races together and they went off without a hitch. Jason Meaux was on the mike all weekend and he has the gift, so we all enjoyed his entertainment. Would also like to thank all the race teams who showed up, Texas, Mississippi, Louisiana and Florida, without you guys the race would not be a success. We were real lucky that it did not rain during the Crits, I guess that is why I heard some guys calling it the Melta, it was a very hot weekend. Today's road races had some great finishes. It was very easy to get caught up in all the action. Thanks again to Glenn and all the Precision Bikes Race Team for putting on a great race! Hope to see all of you next year.
