Mechanical Bike Doping; Part Deux

Specialized, the bike manufacturer, showed a sense of humor during their unveiling of the 2011 Roubaix SL3. This is the same frame that was used by Cancellara at Paris-Roubaix during the Spring, and which has the object of speculation regarding if it was motorized. Specialized displayed the new SL3 with a large Duracell battery mounted on the downtube.

Excel Fire Protection Systems Criterium – Saturday Afternoon / Evening 3 – 9PM (Downtown Jefferson St.)

Precision Bikes Road Race – Sunday Morning 8 – 11 AM (Coteau Holmes)

We have really out done ourselves this year to provide you with a first class event; please support us with your attendance so we may continue to have the race for years to come. $7,000.00 worth of cash and prizes.

Leadville Training Camp

Just another update from the weekend. Smitty, Brad Delcambre and Keith Manuel have spend the past 3 days in Leadville Colorado training at a camp for the Leadville 100 mile run. The camp began Saturday with a 26 miler followed by a 20 miler on Sunday over Hope pass at 12,000 feet and a 10 mile trail run Monday night. Word is , no words, not enough oxygen to speak. Very tough weekend for the boys from the south.

Sean Schnur qualifies for Kona

Here is a podium shot of Sean Schnur from Ironman Coeur d’Alene.
He has received a Ironman Hawaii Kona Slot for the World Championships.
He posted a time of 9:15 and had the second to fastest run split,
second only to Pro and race winner Andy Potts.
Congratulations from all of us a Precision Bikes!!

Eric Bernard finished his 1st Ironman Coeur d'Alene

Eric developed some stomach issues, which caused him to slow down on the run.
